KDSC is actively looking for a Club Head Referee to replace our current Club Head Referee of eight seasons, John Tucker. John has decided to retire from the role after the completion of the 2023 season; but John will continue to Match Officiate for future seasons.
Club Head Referee candidates should have:
- The ability to start November 1, 2023.
- CSA registered referee, minimum District Level credentials.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience (Grade 6 Level or higher) as a referee.
- Assessor and instructor qualifications that would be an asset.
- Ability to prepare and administer a budget and competing schedules.
- Demonstrated knowledge of computer applications.
- Effective communication skills.
- Capability of working with a wide range of individuals.
- Personal qualities of integrity and strong attention to detail.
