The Soccer for Life course is mandatory for coaches coaching U13 and older competitive teams in both the East Region Soccer League and the Ottawa Carleton Soccer League. The Learn to Train course is mandatory for coaches of U9 to U12 teams in the East Region Soccer League. Other courses such as Respect in Sport, Make Ethical Decisions and Concussion Aware are also required.
To register for KDSC's Soccer for Life course please visit www.coachcentre.ca and search for the course under the Host tool (select Kemptville District Soccer Club from the drop down menu). The cost of the course is $290. There is no charge for KDSC coaches (on approval).
